Delivery & Returns
For a single purchase of $1,000 HKD net, customers are entitled to one Free Delivery Service for one location within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Otherwise, standard delivery charges apply as follows:
(a) $80 HKD per location for local delivery.
(b) Additional delivery charges will be applicable for Lantau Island and Outlying Islands. Please contact us for further details.
Extra charge is required if lift service is not available at delivery address. $10 HKD per floor will be charged on each case.
Undelivered & Unclaimed Goods
If items ordered could not be successfully delivered to our customers within one month of purchase, which could be due to inaccurate address or contact details or customer refuses to take delivery, VintCellar reserved the right to charge wine storage fees. We also has the right to dispose the wine without further notice to the Customer if the wine could not be delivered or the storage fees have not been paid within 3 months from the date of purchase. VintCellar shall have no liability to the Customer in respect of the disposal in such circumstances.
Goods Acceptance & Refund Terms
You must carefully inspect all goods upon collection/delivery and provide signature on the delivery note/ invoice (sales slip) immediately. The signed delivery note/ invoice (sales slip) by recipient will be deemed to be your acceptance of goods with full satisfaction and no return will be accepted thereafter. Any of below situations does not allow any exchange / return of goods:
- Wine priced $800 HKD or more (per bottle)
- Wine aged 10 years or more
- Wine cellars* / glassware / wine accessories
*Please refer to Exchange & Warranty provided by supplier In any case, you must contact us within 2 working days after delivery with original invoice.
