Shipping policy

For a single purchase of HK$1,500 net, customers is entitled to one Free Delivery Service for one location within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon & New Territories. Otherwise, standard delivery charges apply as follows:

(a) HK$180 per location for Hong Kong Island and Kowloon;

(b) Additional delivery charges will be applicable for some location of New Territories, Lantau Island and Outlying Islands. Please contact us for further details.

Extra charge is required if lift service is not available at delivery address. HK$10 per floor will be charged on each case.

Orders can be delivered on the 2nd working day after your time of purchase with order cut-off time at 3pm. Longer processing time may be required if orders are received on Sat , Sun & Public Holidays.

Customers should ensure a person aged 18 above to be present during the agreed delivery time slot to collect the alcoholic items. If no one accepts the delivery at the nominated delivery address on the delivery date and time slot, re-delivery service charges may be applied.

Delivery service will be rearranged under bad weather conditions / unexpected situations.

NON-PICKUP / NON-DELIVERY

If items ordered could not be successfully delivered to our customers within one month of purchase, which could be due to inaccurate address or contact details or customer refuses to take delivery, we reserve the right to charge wine storage fees. SIPID CONCEPT has the right to dispose the wine without further notice to the Customer, if the wine could not be delivered or the storage fees have not been paid within 3 months from the date of purchase. We shall have no liability to the Customer in respect of the disposal in such circumstances.
