Length of ageing on lees
Minimum of 24 months in underground limestone cellars at a constant temperature of 12°C, protected from sunlight.
Dosage and disgorging:
1.3 cl of liqueur d' expédition,, corresponding to 7 g/l of sugar.
Tasting note
Pale gold color with finesse bubbles. good complex with floral notes, such as hawthorn and lime blossom. hint of white peach and lemon on the palate. well balance and long finshing.
Food pairing
Good with Prawns, Mussels or pasta in cream sauce
