Description

The Domaine of Château de Chamirey, planted in the best terroirs of Mercurey, consists in 37 hectares (27 reds, 10 whites, 15 of which are Premier Cru) reflecting the diverse soils and micro climates found within the Mercurey appellation. The whites, fresh and lively and well balanced. The estate includes 6 big plots of Premier Cru in the village of Mercurey which is almost half the agricultural area of the village.

Beautiful red garnet colour, black cherry.
The nose is powerful and dominated by spices and floral expression. A lot of finesse and delicacy.
On the palate we feel a nice softness with volume and fruitiness. Tannins are delicate and fresh. Nice aftertaste.
