負10度C調整熟成的純米大吟釀生酒,僅在裝瓶後加熱殺菌一次,將大吟釀生酒的芳醇美味完整的鎖入瓶內。調整熟成的特徵就是金黃色的酒液。請仔細冷藏後放入大一點的葡萄酒杯中,享受通透漂亮的香氣與清爽柔軟卻具有存在感的口感,可說是一款完美的餐前酒。即使做為餐間酒也相當合適,與和食或是軟芝士、也非常搭配Cream Sauce 的菜式,讓人感受到日本酒作為佐餐酒的無限可能。

The unfiltered pure rice Daiginjo sake mixed with sake that has been ice-aged for up to 1 year at -10 ° C is heat treated just before shipping to make it a golden-colored famous sake. Because it is non-filtered, its pale golden color is wonderful, and it has a clear scent and a refreshing and strong taste. We recommend to serve it sake with wine glass and enjoy the delicate aroma and silky aftertaste. Very good to pair with japanese cuisine, soft cheese or pasta in cream sauce.
