Grape Varieties: Castelao, Tinta Roriz, Alicante Bouschet and Syrah
Harvested in some of the best “terroir” of Estremadura in vineyards of great prestige, where our enologist accompanies the entire process of vinification and aging. This wine represents the potential of the modern Lisbon Region, and all its excellent wines that have delighted the consumers in the last decade.
Fermentation in low capacity stainless steel vats, at a temperature of 24 degrees, and an extensive 12 day maceration. The wine was submitted to a 6 month aging in American and French oak barrels.
Pairing: Goes very well with roasted spicy meats and seafood.
